Comments: On February 23, 1968 or there abouts my unit the 2/12th, 25th ID and the 11th CAV were doing a sweep of a village not far from Cu Chi. You guys were a blocking force on the other side of a village. We were sweeping across a rice paddy towards the village and about half way across the VC opened up on us from the tree line in front of the village. your guys came to our rescue since we were pinned down. We set up behind your tracks. I was on the M-60 and had set up behind one of them. When the track moved, the guy put it in reverse by mistake and ran over my head and shoulder before he realized what had happened. I had 13 days left in country when this incident happened and ended up going to Japan and then stateside. I would like to find this guy if possible, and thought by posting this info, someone in your organization from that time frame may be the guy or knew about this incident. I am OK. But your guy doesn't know that.

Comments: Hey everyone, are you ready to join us in St Louis this year? There are only 165 days till reunion. Time to send in those registration. Not sure you can make it? Better to register now (for the hotel too) and have to cancel than to have to pay the late fee. Think about it.
