Happy New Year! Sometimes it is just good to get a fresh start. We have moved into our new home and are loving it. Weather is unseasonable warm, which concerns me. We always end up paying for this in some way. Either really cold in February or another terribly hot summer. Either way, its ok.

Im signing us up today for Orlando. Looking forward to seeing you there.

I am sooo jelous. I would love to see a lot more of Europe and every where else, well pretty much the entire planet(except where it gets below 65%). Lucky, lucky, you.
Take lots of pics so we can see them at the reunion.
Hey Barb, what do you want me to do? I'm bored to death. What kind of coupons do you need. I have lots, but I always forget to take them with me.
Also, are we making a different kind of cookbook? Or is it like last year. Please let me know so I can begin doing something other than sitting on my behind. Talk to you soon. Sarah

Just wanted to say 'Hello' to all of the ladies from the Blackhorse. Hope to see all of you in Orlando this year, my husband and I are definitely coming to visit with you all again. We are currently spendng some time in Moscow, Russia, to visit friends and family for the extended holidays. Hope YOU ALL are well, and may God bless you all.

AS WAS DECIDED AT OUR MEETING IN ST LOUIS LAST SUMMER, WE ARE PLANNING ON HAVING OUR OWN GOLD TOURNAMENT. MINIATURE GOLD THAT IS! SO NOW IS THE TIME TO START MY PLANNING FOR THIS. Pete Echon passed away this morning. For those of you who do not know who he was, he was the founder of this web site. A wonderful person and an 11th Cav 'hero' .

Someone asked about HERMAN BLAIR on an earlier post. He was in a hospital in Bristol, TN & thought he was getting moved to Atlanta for rehab but then they moved him to a rehab facility in Virginia--lot's closer to home for them.
Glenda said he is doing a better & they are working with him there.
He likes to get cards so if anyone wants to send him a card--get well Christmas etc--his address is

What kind of coupons do you need? Like weekly newspapers,
and things like that? Like me know.

Admin reply: ALL coupons as long as they do not specify a certain store. Like Walmart for example. Commissary was are ok. Must be no older than 4 months from their past experation date (they tell us 6 but I figure by the time folks get them to me ...)
