Comments: It is with deepest regrets and sarrow that we lost another Vietnam Veteran. Thomas Prater was a LRRP and passed away this evening in Oregon State after a long battle with Lou Gerighs Disease, brought on by his service in Vietnam. He is survived by a lovely wife Rebecca and four grown daughters, two grown sons, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Spec 4 Thomas Prater, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Aero Rifle Platoon

Comments: I enjoyed seeing the pictures. I was with the 2/11 in Sep.71 till May 72 on Firebase Andrews in the Boi Loi Woods. Willis Andrews was killed on the third day on the firebase.

Comments: By the way has anyone noticed that the picture in the month of May on the 2013 calendar, up in the very left hand corner about 3/4 of an inch from the left at the very top in the back ground way up in a tree. There is a person purched (looks like a sniper) in a tree. I was shocked when I saw it.
