11th Cav Visitors Guestbook

Comments:
My brother, Robert James Hall, served with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment Black horse and was KIA on Feb 17, 1969 at Binh Duong.
I had contact with some of the men he served with and attended the reunion in Nashville several years ago. I have lost track of the men and can only remember one man's first name,Nick. Nick was next to my brother when he was killed. Nick was from my father's hometown in Ohio and was best friends with a friend of my father's. He found me through my uncle. I so want to find those who served with my brother.
If I can locate any of the men who met my sister and I in Nashville and served with my brother, I will plan on coming to the Sept reunion.

I served very briefly with the 11th ACR in Vietnam but during that time I took some nice photos. I haven't seen them in over 45 years and I don't even remember any of the folks in them. I thought your association might be interested in having these photos that are now digitized and perhaps can ID the folks in them.

I believe my Uncle Ronald Moulton served in the 11th Cav. I have pictures of him after he returned from Vietnam. I would like to find him (1) to send him these pictures, (2) most importantly, to thank him for his service. I was born in 1971. . .I never understood. I never understood -- he terrified me but no one explained it to me. That is, until two years ago when I sent his pictures to Colonel in the US Army Reserve and he explained the ribbons and commendations on his uniform. I'm beginning to understand.

Ken Burns is doing a documentary on Vietnam that will air in September 2017. Should be a good one.
