MY SON LEAVES FOR FT BENNING GA TOMORROW TO ATTEND THE ADVANCED COURSE FOR TWO MONTHS, IS THERE ANYONE ON THIS SITE THAT LIVES CLOSE BY BENNING

Admin reply: He'll like Fort Benning. Bob and I were stationed there the year that Raleigh was born. It's really nice. If I remember right there was a lot to do on post there.

PLEASE READ AND HELP THE FAMILY OF ONE OF OUR KIA’S....Since 2009 Judy Dietz, the daughter of PSgt Glenn Nicholson (H Co...KIA 5/5/68) has been working to get the state of Kansas to provide ‘Gold Star Family’ license plates for the families of those killed in action from WWI to the present. The ‘Gold Star Family’ plates differ from ‘Gold Star Mother’ plates in that ‘Gold Star Mother’ plates are issued only to women who lost sons. At this time, the Kansas legislators are just dragging their feet. Her’s what I’m asking:

In the upper right hand corner is a link to search for petions.
Enter the words Gold Star and do a search
When the petition comes up, you’ll see a picture of PSgt Glenn Nicholson.
Please sign the petition.

On this day in Viet Nam we lost 3 great men Sp. Gerald Carr, Sgt. Donald Mc Lean, and Sfc. Richard Garrett, also wounded An Air force man, Bill Blanton, This day and men are forever in my mind.

Hey troops looking for something to do? download "google earth" then type in tay ninh,it's a big city no jungle,(guess that agent orange really works) same same quan loi.I have to rember that was 40+ years ago.
