Comments: I served in Fulda aid station in the early 80's with Otis J Bailey. Otis was a double Black Horse as was Col. Crow, our Regiment Commander.
Otis was a Bronze Star recipient from his initial service with 11th ACR in Vietnam. Hence, the double Black Horse distinction. If any of you guys know where to find him, please let me know.
